For more than fifteen years, she has advised Human Resources and Labor Relations departments of national and international companies, both in Argentina and across several Latin American countries. She provides assistance in day-to-day individual and collective labor law matters, participates in the negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements, and advises on the prevention and management of labor conflicts. She has solid experience in corporate reorganization processes, including highly sensitive situations such as the restructuring of compensation schemes, work arrangements, and workforce reductions in contexts of productive or economic difficulties.
Her experience includes advising clients in Chile, Brazil, and Mexico, with a particular focus on labor and social security law in Colombia, where she has developed a well-recognized specialization.
She joined Mitrani Caballero in 2010, following prior experience in companies within the banking sector and in other law firms.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in the design and implementation of internal policies, as well as in internal investigations and in handling inspections and requests from authorities related to the collection, supervision, and enforcement of social security resources, and the verification of compliance with labor, health, and workplace safety regulations. She regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions processes, addressing employee transfers and compensation programs.
She also has a strong focus on the Oil & Gas and mining sectors, with experience representing and advising clients before industry chambers and sector-related entities.
Committed to the Firm’s growth and the development of its community, she coordinates the “Women at Mitrani Caballero” program, launched in 2024, an initiative of meetings and workshops aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, inspiring and supporting women, encouraging their active participation, and fostering their professional development.
She is the author and co-author of articles published in specialized journals and regularly serves as a guest speaker at conferences and events within her field of expertise.
