Carolina Alejandra Pieri is a senior associate in the Labor and Social Security. She advises both domestic and multinational companies across various areas of Labor Law and Human Resources, with experience in international markets.

She has a well-established track record providing day-to-day assistance to companies on individual and collective labor law matters, drafting legal documents, and managing disputes. She has been involved in hiring and termination processes, as well as in the development of internal policies for various companies.

She has solid experience advising companies on labor matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions processes, monitoring and handling administrative proceedings and inspections, and representing and acting on behalf of clients in court across different jurisdictions in the country.

Her international experience spans jurisdictions such as Australia, Indonesia, Germany, Colombia, Ivory Coast, and Spain, providing advice based on the local laws of such countries, both in Spanish and English.

Previously, she worked as a Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie, where she advised various multinational companies, participated in M&A transactions, employee transfers, coordination of regional labor law and data privacy investigations, and the development of complex litigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions. She also held the position of Associate Counsel at the Executive Directorate of the Asociación de Teleradiodifusoras Argentinas (ATA), where she participated in various rounds of collective bargaining negotiations with unions representing the audiovisual industry.

She is the author and co-author of articles in specialized publications.
