Agustina De Nicola, Senior Associate, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina) in 2015. She continued her specialization in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Buenos Aires in 2017, followed by an update program in Corporate Law at the same institution in 2018. She has also pursued a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at Torcuato Di Tella University (2020, thesis pending).

In the field of Compliance, she has actively participated in the review and drafting of documentation to adapt comprehensive compliance programs for local companies, covering areas such as anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and personal data protection. She also advises clients from various sectors on data protection and anti-money laundering matters, including the drafting of data processing clauses and compliance with regulatory requests.

In the corporate field, Agustina specializes in analyzing foreign legislation and advising on distribution agreements across Latin America. Her experience also includes drafting, negotiating, and adapting contracts and commercial documents for clients from various industries, including automotive, technology, and insurance.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Arecha, Barreiro, Filippi & Arecha Abogados and Estudio Lisoprawski – Consultora-Abogacía, where she gained significant experience in commercial law, corporate matters, and civil and commercial litigation.

In 2025, she was recognized as a “Recommended Lawyer” by The Legal 500 (2026) for her role in the firm’s Compliance practice.
