Artificial Intelligence: challenges and opportunities for law firms
The expansion of artificial intelligence poses new challenges for the practice of law. To address these transformations, Mitrani Caballero’s Technology and Innovation Committee promotes spaces for discussion and reflection, adopting a cross-practice approach that brings together professionals from all areas of the firm.
“In a world that is evolving at great speed, adapting is not optional. Staying at the forefront requires ongoing commitment and a proactive mindset. That is why, at our firm, we actively work to rise to the challenges posed by these new scenarios,” reflected Carolina Villar Freuler, a member of the Committee.
From partners to associates, all members of the team contribute their perspectives and share the challenges they encounter in their respective practices. This exchange allows us to assess the benefits, risks, and best practices for implementing AI within the firm.
“For lawyers who work collaboratively and seek interdisciplinary legal advice, artificial intelligence offers an exceptional advantage: it allows you to create as many versions of the same document as needed, compare them, and rework them until achieving the desired result. In this way, the tool does not limit creativity, but rather expands possibilities. The more training and sound judgment we have, the better the outcome will be,” explained members of the Committee.
Through this collaborative work, we stay up to date in order to provide solutions that respond to the new challenges our clients face.
