At Mitrani Caballero, we are committed to taking actions that generate a positive impact on the community. This is why, throughout September, we participated in various initiatives focused on promoting quality education and supporting those most in need.

Mitrani Caballero was present at the annual International Bar Association (IBA) conference in Mexico City. Siro Astolfi, Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone, Diego Parise, and Mercedes Rodríguez Giavarini represented our firm at this event, one of the most significant for legal professionals worldwide.

Our partners will be attending the International Bar Association’s (IBA) annual conference, the most important international event for legal professionals, which will take place in Mexico City from September 15 to 20.

We worked with Holcim, one of the world's leading suppliers of cement and aggregates, to assist its Argentine subsidiary in acquiring 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Tensolite S.A., a company specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of precast and prestressed concrete products for construction.
