We Welcomed the First Female President of the Buenos Aires Bar Association as Part of Women at Mitrani Caballero
Alejandra García, the newly elected President of the Buenos Aires Public Bar Association (CPACF), delivered a talk for the women lawyers at our firm. The event took place as part of Women at Mitrani Caballero, the program we created to foster female leadership within the legal profession.
“Alejandra’s story and her journey to becoming the first woman to lead the CPACF remind us that commitment and perseverance can open doors where none existed before,” said Andrea Schiavone, who coordinates Women at Mitrani Caballero together with Carolina Villar Freuler.
“Alejandra generously shared her journey, her reflections on leadership, and her vision for the future of the legal profession. This meeting left us with a powerful message: stepping into leadership roles is also a way of building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Opportunities like this reaffirm the purpose of our program—to inspire one another, support one another, and continue moving forward together,” said Carolina Villar Freuler.
Women at Mitrani Caballero has become a cornerstone of our efforts to foster a more inclusive workplace, with equal opportunities for everyone. The initiative is aligned with our commitment to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) promoted by UN Women.
