Mitrani Caballero advised Laboratorio LKM on the acquisition of an industrial plant in Argentina

Mitrani Caballero advised Laboratorio LKM S.A., a subsidiary of Knight Therapeutics Inc., on the acquisition of an industrial plant located in Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires, together with certain associated equipment, from Doena Pharma S.A..

The acquired plant and equipment will serve as the foundation for the future development and expansion of Laboratorio LKM S.A.’s activities in Argentina, strengthening the company’s pharmaceutical operations in the region.

At Mitrani Caballero, the transaction was led by partner Mariela Melhem, with the participation of partners Aixa Sureda, Corina Laudato, and María Laura Lede Pizzurno, supported by Senior Counsel Laura Huertas Buraglia and a team comprising associates Paula Saccone, Silvina Cassano, Leonel Palomares, Gonzalo Castagnini and Denis Marques.

The agreement was signed in March 2026.
