Silvina Daniela Cassano has solid experience providing comprehensive legal advice to companies, with a strong focus on corporate, commercial and contractual matters. She also has extensive experience in Real Estate, including complex real estate transactions, title and registry analysis, and the legal structuring of real estate assets. In addition, she has a strong background in civil, commercial and labor litigation.

Her practice includes participation in due diligence processes, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and developments, wealth and estate planning, and advising family-owned businesses.

She is a Senior Associate at Mitrani Caballero. Previously, she worked as an associate at Sayús & Pérez Alisedo Law Firm (2005–2006) and at Escribanía del Castillo y Asociados (2006–2010). She later served as Legal and Administrative Affairs Manager at wpd Argentina S.A. (2010–2013) and practiced law independently between 2013 and 2018. From 2018 to 2024, she was Head of the Information Center at the firm, where she coordinated and supervised teams, participated in high-complexity legal research projects, and provided cross-practice support to the firm’s different practice areas.

She has been a member of the faculty at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law since 2012, where she serves as Senior Teaching Assistant in Commercial Law, teaching the courses Elements of Commercial Law and Civil and Commercial Companies.

Between 2014 and 2020, she taught specialized courses for lawyers, auctioneers and real estate brokers at the Foro de Cultura en Derecho Civil y Comercial. From 2012 to 2018, she also served as Professor of Property Law at the University of Palermo.
