Miss. Fagan has over five years´ experience in the intellectual property field. She advices in relation to several aspects of the intellectual property law, including but not limited to trademark prosecution and enforcement and she also assists clients on the review, analysis and drafting of different kind of contracts involving IP, technology development and transfers and due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions at local and international level.

She graduated from the National University of La Plata in 2018 and immediately started working in the Intellectual Property Department of Bomchil. In 2019 she joined Mitrani Caballero and in 2021 she was granted a scholarship by Fundación Carolina for a Master in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Competition Law and Technology in Spain. She continued her studies and obtained her master’s degree in 2022, while she was already working in PONS IP, as an IP Consultant, representing several clients on several IP issues, including but not limited to trademark prosecution and enforcement in the European Union.

After having both a personal and professional valuable and rewarding experience by living and working in Spain for almost three years, she decided to rejoin Mitrani Caballero in April 2024.
