Melina Goldberg focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters. She has experience providing legal advice in local and cross-border transactions and corporate reorganizations. Her area of expertise also includes advising local and international clients on contractual matters, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation of agreements for the acquisition of shares and assets within different industries, capital markets and day-to-day corporate matters.

She is a senior associate at Mitrani Caballero. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani (2016-2018) and associate with Brons & Salas (2014-2016).

She is currently a member of the Public Bar Association of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
