Alejo Muñoz de Toro specializes in banking and finance. He has extensive experience advising in international and domestic financial transactions, including capital markets (debt and securitizations), structured finance, project finance, sub-sovereign debt operations and debt restructurings. He also regularly advises clients on banking and securities regulations, including the foreign exchange regulations enacted by the Argentine Central Bank.

He is a senior associate at Mitrani Caballero. Prior to joining the firm, he was special counsel at Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (2021-2025), senior associate at Estudio O’Farrell (2018-2021) and associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2016-2018) and Muñoz de Toro Abogados (2014-2016).
