Training Future Leaders to strengthen their skills

Professional growth and continuous learning are top priorities at Mitrani Caballero. In line with this commitment, we organized two training sessions aimed at enhancing our professionals’ competencies and preparing them to take on leadership roles.

These sessions are part of the Future Leaders program. “The initiative aims to provide the firm’s lawyers with key tools for comprehensive and efficient management,” explained our partner Jorge Pico, who coordinates the project alongside Ana Clara Gómez Casadei, Carolina Grillo, and Carlos Trogolo.

One of the sessions focused on the core principles that guide our daily work. We discussed the importance of striving for excellence at every stage, maintaining professionalism in all interactions both within and outside the firm, and staying focused on our clients’ needs. We also emphasized the value of collaboration among all team members.

The second training centered on developing key skills such as leadership and effective communication. For this session, we welcomed Mario Ledesma and Esteban Minoyetti from Dragon Strategy Consulting, a firm specializing in executive coaching and organizational development.

Ledesma is a former player and coach of the Argentine national rugby team, Los Pumas. His career highlights include a third-place finish in the 2007 Rugby World Cup and a historic victory over the All Blacks in 2020. Together with Minoyetti, they offer programs for companies that combine tools from elite sports with strategies tailored to corporate environments. Their work addresses topics such as a winning mindset, managing pressure, and building habits and culture.
