We launch the Talent Development Program for early-career professionals

Professional growth is one of the pillars of our firm’s culture. To expand the opportunities we offer to those taking their first steps in the legal profession, we are introducing our Talent Development Program. This initiative is designed to accelerate students’ entry into the workplace and foster their development across our various practice areas.

“This initiative is part of Mitrani Caballero’s long-standing vision focused on recruiting high-potential junior profiles within an environment designed to support them from day one,” said Jorge Pico, Partner and Human Resources Director.

Our goal is to provide rigorous, challenging training in an environment that promotes excellence, collaboration, and innovation. To that end, we aim to create an integrated experience that combines technical training and instruction in the use of AI tools with the development of soft skills. Throughout the program, participants receive personalized mentorship to ensure close guidance aligned with each individual’s needs.

“We want those who join Mitrani Caballero to find a demanding yet approachable space—one where they can learn, make mistakes, improve, and take on responsibilities progressively,” said Carolina Grillo, Head of Human Resources.

Led by Micaela Serrati, the program is aimed at law students in their 4th or 5th year. To support this final stage of their studies, we offer a part-time schedule of six hours per day, with four in-office days and one remote work day per week.
