Mitrani Caballero advised PECOM Servicios Energía S.A.U. on its successful issuance of Series III Notes for an aggregate principal amount of US$196,759,808, denominated, subscribed, settled and payable in U.S. dollars in Argentina. The notes bear a fixed annual interest rate of 7.50% and mature on May 11, 2030.
PECOM is a leading energy company with operations in Argentina, Brazil and Colombia. The company specializes in oil production, engineering projects, and the provision of integrated solutions for the hydrocarbons, power generation and mining industries.
The transaction was led by partner Siro Astolfi, who provided comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of the process, with the support of senior associate Melina Goldberg.
The issuance closed on May 11, 2025. The notes have been authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, and for trading on A3 Mercados S.A.
