As members of the Pro Bono Working Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, we were proud to host the coordinators’ meeting of this remarkable network that brings legal support to those who need it most. The main purpose of the gathering, held at our offices, was to strengthen dialogue and outline challenges and actions to work on throughout the year.

The Latin American Chapter of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) organized a conference in Buenos Aires to discuss the impact of the Ley de Bases (Law No. 27,742) on Argentina’s oil and gas sector. Mariana Ardizzone, our partner and a specialist in the field, co-led the event and moderated one of its panels.
We advised Central Puerto on a strategic investment in AbraSilver
The Energy and Natural Resources team at Mitrani Caballero assisted Central Puerto S.A. in completing its C$25.7 million investment in AbraSilver Resource Corp. Our partner, Matías Olcese, led the transaction.
