We were present at the leading event for the Latin American capital markets

Mitrani Caballero participated in Bonds, Loans & ESG: Latin America & Caribbean 2026, the benchmark annual gathering for the most relevant players in the capital markets. As part of this event, we received the Sustainable Loan Deal of the Year distinction at the awards granted by Global Banking & Markets (GBM) for the region.

More than 650 investors and representatives from governments, companies, banks, regulators, and law firms from over 30 countries gathered in Miami. Javier Errecondo, head of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practices, attended on behalf of our firm.

Participating in these international forums is part of our commitment to staying aligned with the latest trends, opportunities, and innovative strategies in the sector. In addition, exchanging experiences with colleagues from other countries allows us to further strengthen our practices.

During the event, the GBM Awards: Latin America & Caribbean 2026 were also presented, recognizing the year’s most outstanding transactions. On that occasion, we were distinguished for acting as international legal counsel to Ternium México in connection with a US$1.25 billion green syndicated loan. This transaction was led by our partner Mercedes Rodríguez Giavarini.
